CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note: Any appointment canceled within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit. CHOZEN BEAUTY POLICY Thank you for choosing Chozen Beauty. Please review all policies before booking. Business Hours Please note that my business hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Any appointments requested outside of these hours will be considered an early morning or after-hours appointment and will require an additional $50 fee. Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. No deposit = no appointment. The remaining balance is due the day of your service (cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App or approved methods only). Location I am home-based. For security purposes, the full address will be sent 24 hours before your appointment. Late Policy There is a 10 minute grace period. After that, a late fee will be applied. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled. Before and After Hours Fee Appointments scheduled outside of business hours (after 8PM or early morning) will include a $50 after hours fee. Guests Please come alone unless previously discussed. One guest may be allowed if necessary. Makeup Services Please arrive with a clean face (no makeup). Brows can be waxed or shaved prior to your appointment. Travel Services Travel is available for an additional fee depending on location. Travel bookings start at $250 for one person. Makeup Lessons Makeup lessons are $250. Products are provided for use during the session but are not included to take home. A product kit can be added for an additional cost.
